	THE STUPID PEOPLE UPSTAIRS ARE STEALING ALL OF THE HOT WATER >:\|\|. it is heard they may have broken the apartment rules and have found a way to hook up a washer so that they don't have to pay 75 cents to wash 1 load. This makes me a very very bitter person... and cold. :\|
